Our Contribution
Spectrum International Consultants acted as the Lead Design Consultant for this project, delivering Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, BIM Development, Cost Planning, and Design Coordination services. The project initially commenced as a cinema theatre, for which Spectrum completed the full design development. Following the client’s revised requirements, the facility was redesigned into a 400 m² two-story school building accommodating classrooms, including complete architectural, engineering, and BIM model updates. Subsequently, a further design revision was undertaken to retain the original building envelope while reconfiguring the layout to accommodate a ground-floor auditorium and first-floor classroom facilities. Throughout all project stages, Spectrum provided coordinated multidisciplinary design, BIM development, and construction-ready documentation to ensure a technically compliant and efficient design solution
