Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Draftsman to join our growing BIM team and support local and international AEC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Revit models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Support BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
  • Follow BEP requirements, file naming standards, ACC / BIM 360 workflows, and ISO 19650 protocols.
  • Extract schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2–4 years of BIM / CAD drafting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Basic knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
  • Understanding of LOD 200 to LOD 400 deliverables.
  • Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
Added Advantage

ACC / BIM 360 knowledge, Dynamo basics, ISO 19650, BIMFORUM LOD, and KSA / UAE project experience.
